This policy applies to information collected through adadoai.com and the AdaDo service. By using AdaDo, you consent to the practices described here.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address.
Conversation data: When you interact with Ada, we process the messages you send and the responses Ada generates. This content is necessary to deliver the service.
Usage data: We collect technical information such as access timestamps, feature usage, and error logs to operate and improve the service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
Payment information: Billing is handled by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). We do not store your payment card details — only a subscription status record.
We do not use your personal data for advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Account and service data is stored on servers located in the European Union / United States (our VPS provider). Conversation logs processed in real-time may be retained for a limited period to support conversation continuity.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Important — Anthropic API: Ada's AI responses are generated via Anthropic's API. When you send a message to Ada, the content of that message is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic handles this data according to their own Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API request data to train models without explicit consent.
LemonSqueezy: Payment processing. Billing data is governed by their privacy policy.
We will not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days to support service continuity, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes, which may be retained up to 7 years).
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email dan@diginoz.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage (e.g. to store your session token). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
AdaDo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
